No longer will nominations be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting of Members. This posting serves to provide notice to the membership that up to and including December 30, 2022, any nominations for persons wishing to serve on the Board of Directors of St. Paul Federal Credit Union must be filed with the Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors. Any applications received after December 30, 2022, will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>NOMINATION PROCEDURES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-content-justification-left is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-356f20db wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-bizzynate-gutenberg-icon-block has-text-align-center has-spfcu-orange-color has-text-color has-2-xl-font-size\"><span class=\"fad fa-circle-1\"><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">There will be no nominations from the floor at the 2023 Annual Meeting, unless there are more nominees (from the committee and petition nominees) than open positions. If so, the names of all nominations will be posted on January 5, 2023 and there will be an election with ballots at the annual meeting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-content-justification-left is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-356f20db wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-bizzynate-gutenberg-icon-block has-text-align-center has-spfcu-orange-color has-text-color has-2-xl-font-size\"><span class=\"fad fa-circle-2\"><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">All members eligible to vote in the election for Board of Directors may make nominations for vacancies by petition signed by 1% of the members: 14,331 x 0.01 = at least 143 members.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-content-justification-left is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-356f20db wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-bizzynate-gutenberg-icon-block has-text-align-center has-spfcu-orange-color has-text-color has-2-xl-font-size\"><span class=\"fad fa-circle-3\"><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">To petition to be nominated for a position on the Board of Directors, the individual to be nominated:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-a74d0edc wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-baf99173 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-bizzynate-gutenberg-icon-block has-text-align-center has-spfcu-green-color has-text-color has-2-xl-font-size\"><span class=\"fad fa-check\"><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-lg-font-size\">Must be a member of St. Paul Federal as of 90 days prior to the Annual Meeting: Wednesday, November 11, 2022;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-f66f9956 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-bizzynate-gutenberg-icon-block has-text-align-center has-spfcu-green-color has-text-color has-2-xl-font-size\"><span class=\"fad fa-check\"><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-lg-font-size\">Cannot have been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust unless the NCUA Board has waived the prohibition for the conviction;
