Complete any online or mobile banking transactions before Monday, September 7th at 6:00 pm CST.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deposit and loan payment taking ATMs are available 24\/7 at the Conway Branch Drive-Up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-other-temporary-interruptions\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other temporary interruptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Starting at 12:00 am CST, Friday, September 4th, some eBanking and mBanking functions will be down for maintenance during the upgrade process.<\/em><\/strong><br>This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Password Reset and Password Changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bill Pay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scheduling External Transfers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quick Pay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skip-a-Pay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e-Deposits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Other online banking functions may experience temporary unavailability as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complete any online or mobile banking transactions before the above dates as you will not have access to online or mobile banking until the upgrade is complete, mid-morning Tuesday, September 8th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We apologize for the inconvenience during the Digital Banking upgrade. Once the upgrade is complete, it will be well worth the wait!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-if-you-currently-use-ebanking-mbanking-please-verify-your-information\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you currently use eBanking\/mBanking, please verify your information.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For existing eBanking\/mBanking users, verify the contact information of the primary account owner and all other account owners. When you first log in to the new Digital Banking platform, we&#8217;ll confirm your identity with a one-time code sent to the email or mobile number on file within your current online banking\/mobile app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to verify contact info:<\/strong><br>On Desktop<br>-Log in to your existing <a href=\"https:\/\/stpaulfcu.org\/ebanking-login\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">St. Paul Federal Online Banking<\/a> account<br>-Go to Settings<br>-Click Profile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Mobile<br>-Log in to your existing St. Paul Federal Mobile Banking account<br>-Go to Profile<br>-Click Profile, Security, Settings<br>-Click Contact Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the new Digital Banking platform is released on September 8th, you will use your current login credentials.<br><strong>If you use biometrics to login<\/strong>, you will have to re-enable your biometric credentials in the new digital banking platform after your initial login with username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> If you do not currently use eBanking or mBanking, no action is required at this time.
