Upgrading Your Digital Banking Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re giving your digital banking an upgrade to make managing your finances easier than ever!
Get ready for a better experience with features built to simplify your financial life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your First Log In<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Existing eBanking\/mBanking Members<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your login username and password will be the same as what was used on the previous online banking system. When you first log in to the new Digital Banking platform, we will confirm your identity with a one-time code sent to the email or mobile number on file withing your current online banking\/mobile app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you currently use biometrics to login, you will have to reenable your biometric credentials in the new digital banking platform after your initial login with username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New eBanking\/mBanking Members<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If it’s your first time signing into eBanking or mBanking, welcome! You will need to first enroll before experiencing the benefits of the new online banking.
To begin to use eBanking you will need your member number and personal information (SSN, birthday, etc.). To enroll online, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Credit Union homepage<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Under the Online Banking Login section, click on Enroll Online<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Agree to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement and click Continue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter your Member Number, your Password\/PIN (As provided by the Credit Union, or your full SSN without spaces or dashes), and type the Security Code as displayed on the Screen (Case Sensitive)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click on submit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. You will be asked to set up 5 security questions, as well as a Login Security Image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Once you have completed the application and confirmed that the information you have entered is correct, click on Login.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    New Mobile App Icon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You will also notice an updated mBanking app icon on your mobile device. Here is the new St. Paul Federal mBanking app icon:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to Upgrade Your Mobile App<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    For some members attempting to access the old app, they may be prompted to update the app by visiting their app store or within the provided links.
    If your phone requires manual app updates, just follow the store link below and update your St. Paul Federal app to the latest version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please allow permissions so the app functions properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
