St. Paul Federal Credit Union will soon be launching an entirely new eBanking service and a new mBanking Service. The Credit Union has been diligently working on this process over the last 2+ years in order to bring forth a best of breed product that will provide many additional new features to the internet and mobile platforms at the Credit Union. The Credit Union has worked to maintain all existing functionality, as well as add many new features to the new system.

Here is a sneak peek of some of the exciting new features that will be available with the new services. Be sure to check back to this site often as new details will be uploaded as they become available.

Account Alerts

Members will be able to setup account alerts that can be sent to their email address or mobile device. Alert options will include: transactional alerts, balance alerts, critical Credit Union notifications, as well as any general alerts created by the member.

Member Enrollment

The new services will require all members to re-enroll. During the enrollment process, members will be able to select a User ID and Password of their choosing that will allow them to access both Internet and Mobile banking.


The Transfers module will allow members the ability to perform transfers between their accounts at the Credit Union. Members will also be able to configure accounts with other banks & credit unions where the member will be able to transfer funds between accounts using the ACH network.


The Credit Union will be implementing both a PC and Mobile Deposit service. This service will allow members to deposit checks into their Credit Union accounts by scanning a check with their home scanner or by taking a photo with their mobile phone.

Integrated mBanking

The Credit Union is integrating mBanking with eBanking. Going forward, if the member has access to one service, they will have access to the other using the same User ID, and Password. Any service available in Internet Banking will also be available in Mobile Banking for member convenience.

eStatements & eNotices

The Credit Union is integrating the eStatements and eNotices directly into eBanking. If the member is enrolled for eStatements, they will be located in a Widget right inside the system. Members will no longer have to go to another system to view the statements. The Credit Union will maintain 24 months of eStatements for all members.

Bill Payment

If you are currently using our Bill Payment service, this service will not be changing. All existing Payees, and payments will be available in the new system, and it will maintain the same user functions you have available today.


With the new eBanking service, members will be able to process loan Skip-A-Payment just by clicking on their loan, and answering a few short questions.

User Accounts

The new eBanking service will provide members the ability to have multiple User IDs for each account. For example, a husband and wife will each be able to have their own individual login credentials to access their accounts. Members will also be able to create and provide additional users access to their accounts, and set the permission levels as they need.

Online Password Resets

When the new systems are live, the member will be able to initiate a password unlock/reset right from the convenience of their home, without having to call the Credit Union. The system will use the email accounts on record to allow the member to automatically unlock or reset their User IDs.

Widget Based

The new eBanking system will contain a series of widgets on the screen. The member will be able to customize the look and feel of their eBanking system by choosing the widgets they want to display, as well as moving the widgets to where they want to display them.

Personal Financial Manager

The Credit Unions eBanking is integrating with Money Desktop® to provide a Personal Financial Manager (PFM) within eBanking. This PFM will allow members the ability to categorize transactions, generate reports, and graph their personal finances from within eBanking.

Quicken/QuickBooks Downloads

Many members use Intuit® Quicken® and Intuit® Quickbooks® to manage their personal and business finances. The Credit Union is integrating their eBanking with both Quicken® and QuickBooks to allow the members to be able to update and synchronize their transactional data with both of the Intuit® software platforms.

Website Enhancements

As part of the eBanking project, the Credit Union will also be enhancing the look and feel of the website. We hope to make the site easier to use, and easier to find the information you need. We are including a new Knowledge Base solution to get the answers you need, when you need them, and we are implementing a new Locator that will combine all Locations, ATMS, and Shared Branch Service Centers into one user friendly interface.
