St. Paul Federal Credit Union will partner only with businesses that follow strict confidentiality requirements. The businesses we select will offer products designed to enhance our member’s economic well-being. Under no circumstances will we authorize these businesses to charge the accounts of our members without the members express consent, and we will not sell member information to telemarketing firms.

We will protect member and nonmember’s information by restricting access to nonpublic personal information to employees who have a specific business purpose in utilizing member and nonmember data. Our employees are trained in the importance of maintaining confidentiality and member privacy.

We will maintain strong security controls to ensure that members and nonmembers information in our files and computers is protected. We will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations and leading industry practices to safeguard member’s and nonmember’s nonpublic personal information.

St. Paul Federal Credit has never shared nonpublic personal information except as permitted by law and we will continue to protect our member and nonmember’s privacy. If we should enter into a partnership that needs members or nonmembers nonpublic personal information, we will offer our members a choice in how their information is used. We will inform our members how to exercise their choice. At least once a year, we will remind all members of their right to choose.
